PLA+ is PLA with additives that make it stronger, tougher and far less brittle. The difference is real: a plain PLA part often cracks if you drop it, the same part in PLA+ survives. And it stays exactly as easy to print — you barely change a setting. If the part will be handled or moves, take PLA+; the price gap is small.
